At Nesconset Dental Associates we guarantee our implants for 7 years. If we place your implant and for any reason the implant fails within the 7 year period we will replace the implant for you at no charge.If it becomes evident that an implant will no longer be an option we will credit the fee for the implant towards other dental work done at our office. The guarantee will only be valid if you maintain your regular check up appointments. You have to be seen in our office a minimum of twice a year for routine check up, cleaning, and indicated radiographs during this period.
