Dr. John Caesar grew up in Hicksville, Long Island and graduated from Hicksville High School in 1982. He attended Hofstra University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry in 1986. In 1990, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He completed a General Practice Residency Program at University Hospital, Stony Brook in 1991.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Suffolk County Dental Society
Dr. Caesar is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.
He is certified in Invisalign tooth straightening and has recieved advanced training in many aspects of general dentistry including porcelain veneers, implants, cosmetics and Biolase laser dentistry.
Dr. Caesar combines expertise and skill with his warm personality to offer his patients a compassionate dental experience with always something to smile about. Whether he is getting a patient out of pain, or discussing cosmetic treatment recommendations, his down to earth approach and chairside manner make all his patients know they are in caring and trusting hands.
Dr. Caesar is an avid hockey fan, as can be seen in his "New York Islanders" tribute room in the office. (Ranger fans need not worry!) He also enjoys music and plays several instruments including piano, bass, guitar and saxophone. He loves to travel and scuba dive tropical locations.
Away from the office, Dr. Caesar enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa and their two children, Jason and Nikki. His "other" child, is his golden retriever, Rocky.
